告客户书 Declaration Letter

尊敬的客户、录音棚以及合作伙伴：

Dear Clients, Recording Studios and Partners:

首先感谢多年来的信任与支持！近年来由于AI产业的高速发展，AI侵权的事件频频发生，为了维护我们的权益、保护行业生态，也为了在未来能为你们提供更好的服务，现我们提出如下诉求：

First of all, thank you for your trust and support over the years! In recent years, due to the rapid development of the AI industry, AI infringement have occurred frequently. In order to safeguard our rights and interests, protect the industry ecology, and provide you with better services in the future, we now put forward the following demands:

一、未经允许，不得将声音工作者在配音工作中产生的任何声音资料用于任何人工智能（简称AI）的复制，以及人工智能相关的研究、开发。

1. Without permission, any sound data generated by voice actors in dubbing work shall not be used for the reproduction of any artificial intelligence (abbreviated as AI), as well as research and development related to AI.

二、以往已经完成的配音项目所签订的声音授权书，也不包括任何对于AI开发的授权（除非项目本身就是做AI开发，声音工作者当时知情并且同意）。

2. The sound authorization signed for the dubbing projects that have been completed does not include any authorization for AI development (unless the project itself is AI development, and the voice actors were aware of and agree to it).

三、在未来需要签订的合同、授权书中，都需要加上AI保护的条款。如果未签订合同就开展的配音项目，默认“不同意声音授权给AI的开发”。

3. AI protection clauses should be added to any future contracts or licenses. If a dubbing project is carried out without signing a contract, it is assumed that "the sound is not authorized to AI development".

我们再次声明：在之前及今后签署或出具的各项授权，除非事先明确声明授权范围包括AI训练、生成、制作、研究等范围（以具体约定为准），均不包括将授权形成的任何成果、作品、阶段性文件、材料、复制品等一切内容，用于与AI相关的行为及与AI有关的改变、变造、制作、复制、传播、使用等非授权行为，违反前述声明造成的损害后果都将依法追究侵权责任。

We declare again: all authorizations signed or issued before or in the future, unless it is clearly stated in advance that authorization includes AI training, generation, production, research, etc. (subject to the specific agreement), will not include any results, works, interim documents, materials, copies, etc. formed by the authorization for use in AI-related changes, alterations, production, reproduction, dissemination and other unauthorized activities. If someone violates the above statement and causes consequences, we will be liable for infringement of the law.

另外我们想要说，我们不是反对科技的进步和AI的开发运用，但是“科技以人为本”的宗旨是我们人类共同的诉求。科技不是用来剽窃声音工作者的手段、不是资本为了无限压低成本以至于压榨劳动者的借口，科技的发展更不应该罔顾人性。

We would like to state that we are not against the advancement of technology and the development and application of AI, but the principle of "technology is human-centered" is the common aspiration of all mankind. Technology is not a means to plagiarize voice actors, nor is it an excuse for capital to exploit laborers for cost reduction. The development of science and technology should not disregard human nature.
